"This is a REALY good TV!"
Pros: Picture, Picture, Picture.
Cons: Only 2 HDMI ports - no 1080p via component or VGA
Summary: I was down to the 52' Sony XBR2 and the 52' 92 series Sharp. Then I saw this TV. WOW! While the other two TV's offer better conectivity options, the Panasonic beats them both easily in the picture department (and thats what its all about, isnt it?). Some of the deepest blacks I have seen, no motion blur, and the colors make your jaw drop. I got mine at circuit city for $2960 (I used the old "can you match or beat internet prices?" and to my surprise they actualy did. This TV is among the best.

That's great that you got Circuit City to match an internet price for you. They usually don't do that. I tried getting them to match their OWN internet price on a HD Camcorder over Christmas and they wouldn't do it! They told me that price was for internet buyers and I would need to go home and puchase it online, and then come into the store and pick it up. It was only a 50 dollar savings (and after Christmas the price dropped by over 80 dollars). Needless to say I didn't give them the business and purchased my camcorder at BestBuy. Because of this, I'll never give my money to Circuit City. Perhaps I'll try your "match this internet price" with them for this tv, since it's not going to 2200 online and see what happens. Maybe they'll be able to redeem themselves and earn my business back.
