"This TV will blow you away."
Pros: Never seen a better image.
Cons: Expensive right now.
Summary: I work in film production and post so am constantly looking at images on various displays and monitors. Aside from maybe a $50K, 32-inch Sony HD Reference CRT... this is by far the best image I've seen at any size. I own a few flat screens and have never spent more than $2,500 on a plasma because the format hadn't yet made it to 1080 x 1920. I've been watching model for 6-months now and although I'd never seen it in person... being a previous Panny owner I had a hunch it would be worth spending the extra cash for the 9-Series in true HD. In the end I'm not sure any TV is worth $8,000 but the look on my male relatives faces watching Thanksgiving HD Football? ... Priceless. This might be the perfect Television. You can't take your eyes off the screen. It's amazing a screen can be that large and look that good... We watch it from about 10 ft away but it even looks great from 5. And by the way I've seen all the competition and none compare. Even our high-end home theather installers said it was the best they'd seen. If you've got some extra cash the 65PX600U offers a compelling reason to spend it.
