The Bottom Line	With a built-in backlight, attractive looks, and a decent picture, the Philips 37PF9631D makes a case for spending a bit more.	Solid picture quality propels the Samsung LN32A450 LCD TV to the front of small-screen class.	With a great connectivity suite and solid picture quality, the 37-inch Vizio VX37L HDTV represents another strong value.	Panasonic's TH-42PX80U 42-inch plasma sets the picture quality-to-value standard for entry-level plasma TVs.	Although it has its share of picture-quality problems, the Eco-friendliness of Philips' 42PFL5603D flat-panel LCD will win the day for consumption-conscious shoppers.
