"The 37PF9431D is better, more inputs, more features"
Pros: Bright, Crisp, Delta-Volume, 2 HDMI, 2 Component, AV
Cons: Apparently the backlight version has fewer features
Summary: Cnet doesn't have a review of the 37PF9431D, the one without that ambient light feature, which is too bad. The 9431 has 2 HDMI inputs, and with a DVI to HDMI connector, can hook to a computer if desired.

"Pretty good picture for 768p set"
Pros: Decent blacks, colors better than video describes
Cons: A little too wide for most cabinets

Pros: Good price, ambilight useful, plenty of connections, good black levels
Cons: Somewhat lacking in picture quality, cheap feel to remote
Summary: This is a good set overall, it just falls short in a couple areas.
