"Poor product and bad service"
Pros: Don't buy philips
Cons: I used the 42" plasma for 16 months before it completely died. Philips refuses to help unless a $500 new board is ordered plus service charge. $500! About the market value for a new 42" TV.

"Biggest Scam Ever. DO NOT BUY FROM PHILIPS"
Pros: The Pros...WHILE THE TV WORKED, IT WAS WONDERFUL
Cons: I cannot believe that a company like Philips can sell you a 42inch Plasma and not stand behind their product...EVEN 2 months after the extended warranty had expired. Their customer NO-service Dept is even worse. Our $2000 TV lasted 26 months
