"Philips 42PF9631D"
Pros: Good looks that about it
Cons: Be prepared to wait for you parts and repair for over 30 days.
Summary: Out of box failure. Philips refered to autorized repair center. Now I am being told to wait over 30 days for a new power supply. Very upseting to pay 2k for a new tv that does not work and waith so long for it to be repaired. Philips would not provide a replacement. Customer care is powerless to do anytihing except refer you to a repair center. Best case scenario is 45 days before I see my tv. Should have bought Panasonic or Samsung.

Philips terrible for customer service. TV failed after 5 months and could not find anyone to help, had to pester someone in Atlanta to lead me to a Consumer Resolution person and am getting, after much argument, a "refurbished" television. Never another Philips anything.
