"Awful experience!"
Pros: It was a nice looking T.V. when we first bought it, nice picture too. We were very excited to have a beautiful HDTV, saved up and bought what we thought would be quality.
Cons: Died in 15 months of use, and there is nothing we can do to get it fixed. Two different repair centers and numerous run arounds. It cost us $132 to have it picked up, taken to a repair center and diagnosed, all so we could find out it is dead.
Summary: After trying to get Philips Customer Service support, hunting down a "certified repair center", and paying $132.00 to have it picked up and diagnosed, we will never purchase another Philips product, ever.
