"Excellent Picture. Decent Sound. Price Point Perfection."
Pros: Very easy set-up. Picture is solid. Probably the best entry level 50" plasma out right now.
Cons: My family have yet to find an arguable beef with this TV.
Summary: Philips was a brand I had not yet fully gotten into. I am a Samsung freak due to the E715 phone--which I might add, could still be available today and kick most entry level (free) phones now even though it's going on 6 years old.
Moving forward, I'm am really happy with this TV. It is my first adventure in HD and I'm enjoying all of it. The most headache came from which cables to buy and what service to go through. That being said, for the price, Philips hit a home run. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this TV to someone who is looking for a quality name brand at an affordable price. You owe it to yourself to consider Philips.
