"Can't believe how great the picture is on this TV."
Pros: Blacks and SD channels look amazing. HD channels can'get better, maybe with the Elite.
Cons: Home Media Gallery is just OK. The bezel is really shinny, you could use it to shave in the morning.
Summary: I just got one of the first 6020fds from Pioneer and I can say this picture is amazing. HD channels and DVD's look perfect but what surprised me was that SD channels even looked great. This wasn't the case with my old HP 5880n that this set replaced. I can watch SD channels in widescreen format without a problem.
I know Pioneer is coming out the Elites but I can't image the picture getting any better. Glad I got the 60" 6020fd over the 50" Elite version out in a few months, that is my opinion, I know some will argue with me.
I'm not using the speakers but I listened to them and they are decent. I have the set connected to my Pioneer receiver via HDMI. The receiver is HDMI 1.2 and the 6020 is 1.3a, no issues syncing up.

I have spent a lot of time with the Panasonic 58700u the Pioneer 6010FD and the Elite 150FD. The 6010 beats the Panasonic by a little, and the 150 is a lot better than the 6010. What's your take on the 6020 you purchased vs the 150fd? I don't even want to look at the new 151fd as the blacks are it is supposed to be 5 times blacker than the 150. Thanks for your time. ap
