"Best 40" LCD available Spring of 07'"
Pros: Awesome Blacks, Color, Clarity, and SD
Cons: Slight screen clouding - went away after a few days of use
Summary: I have had the LN-T4066F for a few days, which is identical to the 65F in every way aside from it's case styling.
The black levels on the set are some of the best I have ever seen on an LCD and compete with some of the better Plasmas. The colors are rich and close to accurate, as far as my eyes can tell, right out of the box. HD looks fantastic, obviously, but what really surprised me was how good SD channels look on the set.
The panel did display some clouding on all dark screens out of the box, but is almost a non-issue after three days of use. The folks on the AVS Forum say that the set "burns-in" after a few days of use causing the clouds to go away.
I'm a home theater specialist for Best Buy, (not that I expect that to impress anybody), and this is far and away our nicest flat panel as of March 07'. If you're in the market for a 40" flat-panel TV you can't go wrong with either the 4065F or the 4066F. I think the 46" model is the nicest in it's size range too, but doesn't seem to have the same PQ as it's 40" brother.

For anyone wondering actually how good the black levels are on this acclaimed set, go to

And scroll down to EvilLore's post. Four-way comparison of black levels with the 4065f absolutely blowing away the competition.
