"Stunning Kaboom!"
Pros: State Of The Art
Cons: Thin remote control.
Summary: I always read users reviews for products but have generally been skeptical, because the person doing the review owns the unit, so won?t give a really bad review much in the same way a fan boy does about the latest video game.
That said, I picked this TV from a store in New York (datavison) last week, and have been using it for my Xbox 360 (component), Time Warner (HDMI) DVR and HT DVD Player 5.1 disk (component) (PSCAN only) and the picture quality is stunning.
The TV supports 1080p, the contrast ration is 15000:1. I really have not seen this level of picture quality in a long time, the colors pop/jump of the screen it has a fast MS refresh rate so no ghosting or artifacts. I am extremely pleased with my purchase; final bill was around $3,800 plus delivery. I had the 40 inch Samsung last year the glossy black one, but wanted better native res. I have not used the speakers on the tv as I play audio through home theater so can not offer an opinion on how they sound. The unit is glossy black with a hidden blue glowing light at the bottom (think night rider) Have not wall mounted it. Unit has USB 2 ports (mp3 and jpgs can be played slide showed etc.) and fully supports anynet.

Anybody having trouble with the PS3 connection through HDMI? Possible handshake issues include picture loss dropouts and flashes? Could I assume that the great review that CNET gave the LN-T4665F also applies to the LN-T5265F?

Better Tv than the Sony XBR3. Even has PiP unlike the Sony. The glare is not an issue in my home. I agree with you except you got ripped off. This tv is only $3,074 with no tax and free shipping from a number of vendors from Pricegrabber.com Who in their right mind would pay 1200 more for retail? I personally used Beachcamera.com and saved alot.

Looks like a very good tv. Are there any blurring issues that occur with panning cameras? This occurs while watching such things as basketball. What is the worst thing about this tv in your opinion? What do you now know about the tv that you wish you had known at the time of purchase (both good and bad)?

Hi,
I am thinking of getting this tv. How does standard definition look on it? I have read some other reviews on other sites and some of them said that there is a really bad glare from the screen...do you agree? Please let me know. -
"i like", i saw it @ frys and it immediately caught my eyes, can't wait to get it soon..im planning to connect ps3 though. it'll match together perfectly, by what you said with the xbox360, it looks promising.

Hi Channel0. I am shopping for a 1080P LCD TV. I also have an Xbox 360. Is the Samsung LN-T5265F accepting 1080P on your component input from the Xbox 360?
