"Very happy with this TV."
Pros: Picture in HD is great!
Cons: TV goes blank for 1 to 2 seconds when changing channel.
Summary: Purchased a Digital-lifestyles TV from HSN. TV was OK but the operator's manual and customer service was horrible. Returned Digital Lifestyles TV and purchased the Samsung. Overall very happy with this TV. Wanted the additional picture-in-picture feature.
This function works OK but you have to go to too many menu steps to change to the PIP then you have to go thru another set of menu steps to get the sound on the PIP. Almost makes this feature unusable. Was hoping for a single button to switch back and forth so I can view my preferences when my wife's show is on commercial. I checked the remotes of other TV's, (Sony, Toshiba) and they did not have a one button PIP toggle button either. Other than that it's a great TV with a great picture. Glad I traded in my HSN Digital Lifestyles set. I left three messages with customer service and I still haven't heard from them.
