Although CNET did not review the 46-inch Samsung LN46A630, we did review the 52-inch Samsung LN52A650. Judging from their spec sheets the two Samsung flat-panel LCDs are basically identical but for the screen size, contrast ratio, screen coating and the exclusion of a fourth HDMI connection. The A650 has the company's "Ultra Clear Panel" screen coating, which we complained about in the review as being too reflective. The A630 has a more matte screen coating that doesn't reflect as much ambient light, and also causes the lower contrast ratio spec. Aside from these differences, we expect the review of the LN52A650 to give a good indication of how the LN46A630 will perform. For more information, refer to the full review of the Samsung LN52A650.
