Pros: Great Picture, deep blacks, uniform screen, accurate colors, great contrast, super thin, outstanding design and features

Summary: I just bought this tv from best buy and its amazing. I read about the remote IR problems and Clouding isses, yet I haven't encountered any problems so far. Get one of these if you can.
If you can get fw 1003 , firmware update it makes the set darker and clears up all uniformity / clouding / flashlighting issues. Set Energy Savings to: Auto. You can find the firmware on AVS forum. Once again great HDTV, maybe 2nd only to the Pioneer Elite and Kuros.

Updated on Jul 9, 2009Firmware 1003 can cause Infa-red (IR)remote control problems in Energy Savings set to Auto. Samsung replaced my inverter boards and corrected the minor IR problem. The T.V. also has a great off angle view up to 120 degrees.
