Pros: GREAT PICTURE! Awesome black levels. I have not noticed any stuttering, triple ball effect or motiion blurring which were on the 71.

Cons: This model has bees resetting for everyone. I have had it 3 days and it has reset 3 times. Turns off, then back on again, but let me tell you, when it is on. It is amazing.

Summary: Over all an amazing TV. Will be even better when Samsung can fix the resetting issue.

The tv maybe on the "shop mode". This resets the tv every once in awhile (the idea being that if it's a floor model and a customer makes the settings out of whack, the tv will reset itself to factory standards) I bought a Samsung and the same thing happened to me. Check your manual or try: Push the volume button on the side of the TV then (same time) push and hold the menu button on the side of the TV until the screen goes black. Enjoy your tv!

I must agree with you on your Pros comments but, I have had mine since November and have not experienced the re-setting thing your talking about. It comes on, stays on until I shut it off. A great T.V. The Geek Squad from Best Buy came out the first ofthis month to do the final set up on it and to tell you the truth I can not see any difference.

Samsung has issued a firmware upgrade for the 650 which fixes the small percentage of sets that were effected by this fault. You can download it from their support site or call them and they will send it to you on a thumbdrive to load in thru the USB port.

TT
