"Excellent set. Best value for the money by far"
Pros: The excellent oicture, the versitility in the setup, the great colors and theiir range
Cons: Glossy frame
Summary: shopped high and low and compared just about everything that was out there. I looked at the LED backlight as well as the conventional backlighted LCD sets. I found the samsung ln52a860 to offer a better piture then others and with the internet pricing felt it to be by far the best value for the money.
I had the opportunity to see this set side by side with the other top of the line sets both plasma and LCD. This set offered the best detail of the LCD's and matched the colors of the plasma's including the black levels. The PlayStation 3 games are assume on this set.
I did an extensive amount of research before deciding on a set. I know I got the best value for the money with this purchase. Obviously I can't say enough about it.
