Pros: Great still picture, good user menu and customization.

Cons: Horrible IR compared to other plasmas.
Bad refresh rate.
After some use red pixels bleed into dark areas.
Faint horizontal bars across the screen.

Summary: I have the 50" version. This was my first HDTV and I was amazed with the picture when I first got it. I had minor issues with the tv in the first year, and was told that they were not enough of a problem to send a tech to my home. I should have pushed the issue. After a year of use my panel had major issues. Red pixels bleed into the blacks, worse IR than before breakin, faint horizontal bars over the whole screen.
Even aside from the defects in my screen, this TV still does not perform on par with other plasmas on the market. I've purchased a cheaper plasma from another major manufacturer that is superior in everyway to my Samsung, except for still-picture quatlity.
Do not get sucked in by the amazing still-picture quality and do not ignore any minor issues with this set while under warranty.
This has become one of my worst purchases of the past ten years.
