Cons: The TV was $1,500 and after 5 months it stopped working. While watching the TV is just cut off. I found a crack in the screen behind the glass on the plasma screen. I called Samsung and they came and looked it only to state there was no physical damage
Summary: I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT AFTER READING ONLINE HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY. READ THE ONLINE BLOGS AND YOU WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG TV. I REALIZE IT IS NOT 100% OF THE TV'S SOLD, BUT THE STATISTICS ARE WAY TO HIGH FOR ME TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON. I HOPE THIS HELPS SAVE SOMEONE FROM WHAT I AND MANY OTHERS HAVE GONE THROUGH.
part of my post was left off, Google or search CNET for "samsung cracked plasma" and you'll get all the information you need not to buy a SAMSUNG product ever again
