Cons: Needed to contact Samsung support in order to download software for internet connectivity. Very easy to do, but this was an extra step in the process of getting your TV set up.
Summary: Disagree with CNET reviewer on the picture quality of this LED vs LCD. This LED has a 5,000,000 to 1 contrast ratio and produces a picture quality that surpases any LCD HDTV that I have seen. The Series 6 Samsung cosmetically is a very attractive looking frame and stand. You won't be disappointed!!

1. Dynamic Contrast is useless. 2. Compare LED vs LCD, what are you trying to compare? An LED TV is an LCD TV with LED back-light, they are not two different things. 3. Things look colorful does not means it is accurate. The biggest mistake to judge which TV are better is to walk in BestBuy.
