Pros Great picture.
Cons Two months after purchase the picture went black. The Geek squad looked and said it needed a main board. One week passes to get part and install to find different problem. One week passes to get part, new TCON board that did not fix the problem. Geek
Summary It will be a cold day in hell when I deal with these three again.Best Buy, Samsung and the Geek Squad are incapable of providing support for their customers.

Pros Amazing picture and video as long as it lasted
Cons Suddenly stopped working. Trying to get support for a brand new tv under warranty from samsung has been a nightmare. Still waiting for service center to call me after 2 days. Not fun after spending ~$2K

Pros Picture quality is what one would expect from an LED TV. The colors are bright, the sound thats delivered is better than what I would have expected. I have a 5.1 surround sound system and still find myself turning it off to hear only the tv's sound. Th
Cons I guess the only negative thing would be trying to convert the base to hang it on the wall. Nothing is wrong with this TV. Even the price has come down!
Summary If your old LCD tv has started to fade this is truly the next generation of entertainment. Internet, GREAT picture and sound, cool remote and stunning brushed edge brings class into any home. Top notch and a pure joy! I love it!
Pros Unimaginable picture quality. Unbelievably thin. Wi-fi capable. Fantastic app database. Netflix Streaming works like a charm. Sleek and shiny finish. Revolutionary remote. 3D Compatible.
Cons PRICE. Heavy base. Small touchscreen on the remote. Screen is susceptible to glares.
Summary We have this model in our showroom and its my second favorite tv, right next to its bigger brother, the 55 inch. It took me 2 weeks to figure out how to turn it on without using its remote. Located on the center of the base is a touch sensitive panel that slides out of the base that has the TVs basic functions (Power, Volume, Channel, Inputs). The remote itself has a nifty touchscreen that also serves as a mini display. Its slim size and metallic finish is its main attractions. When I learned it required the base to be attached to the back of the TV in order to be mounted, I was disappointed. Its slimness is only a result of its components being relocating into the base. Picture quality is superb, perhaps one of the best in our showroom. Box includes the $400 or so touch screen remote and unique steel wire mount.
Pros Eye popping video. Bright colors. Wide viewing angle. Amazing apps. I love direct streaming of Netflix straight to the TV. Styling is beautiful! Very handy to have video & audio appear on the remote control itself. Includes a second "granny" remote.
Cons Expected features missing. Hard to use. Difficult setup. Must charge remote every night. Poor online support - posted questions not answered. Live chat personnel not knowledgable about product. Very expensive!
Summary The picture is the best you'll ever get - amazing! At times the actors on screen appear to be in the room with me! Samsung threw in all kinds of geeky features but left out one simple one. I expected channel search/setup to finish with found channels labeled. This feature is absent. Set supports manual labeling only! Arrrgh! The set displays cryptic error messages that are not explained in documentation - "Network Interference". I love this TV, but my wife hates it because it is difficult to use. The remote is like an iPhone with onscreen buttons. The "exit" button is poorly located on the remote right under the right scroll arrow, which means that you will unexpectedly exit from setups because your finger strayed just slightly on the glass from the right scroll arrow.
This is a beautiful TV with a great picture and acceptable sound, but I would not recommend it for anyone who is "technically challenged."
