Outstanding for the price, we bought a second one !
Pros: HDMI input , simple hookup to entertainment system

Good value with nice features
Pros: The only HDTV with a Composite OUT jack
Cons: Composite out only works with the Tuner and some inputs.
Review: Want input choices at a tame price? Then this set will do it. Picture quality and Black levels is Very Good. The single antenna input for both Analog and ATSC is a plus for those who want over the air reception.
I would have preferred buttons to select Signal source rather than ring around the inputs.
This brand is NOT listed for any common "universal remote" so don't lose it.
I probably will buy a second Scptre set for the computer room.

Nice entry level unit
Pros: Great Tuner & Sound
Cons: Could use more connection options though.
Review: My first unit was returned due to dead pixels in the viewing area. At first Micro Center was un-willing to return it but I had purchased the extended warranty "just in case" LSS, They took it back.
Unit 2 is much better, good sound and a great tuner. The picture is darker than the Vizio that I had. The Sceptre only advertises a 50,000 hour light life on the box. I got unit 2 from Costco, It may have been pre-owned. Not all of the registration materials were in the box.
