"Fantastic picture, gorgeous design!"
on by homerc67Pros 120 hz looks natural, color management control is very adequate, OPC works great, 4 HDMI inputs
Cons Can't turn off the lights on the front panel
Summary This is the second Sharp LCD I've owned and I'm very impressed with the new features on this model. This is the first 120 hz LCD I've seen that looks natural with very crisp picture. I really like what Sharp has done with the design, a gold accent at the bottom of the front panel. Very different from your ordinary solid black frame that most other sets have. The price is very fair for this feature loaded set.

"At the price, it should last more than 2 years."
on by smajjr75Pros Beautiful appearance, great at multi-tasking
Cons Too many faults, expensive repairs, Sharp fails to stand behind known issues: Poorly built sound boards and backlights that become unresponsive.
Summary I will never buy another Sharp TV. The Panasonic that this TV replaced worked well for well over 8 years and was only replaced for the convenience of wall mounting.

"Good Tv provided you don't get a dud"
on by RiskeebusinessPros Clean crisp picture. Looks great with HDMI input, even normal DVDs with component input look pretty good.
Cons -panel issues?
-weak speakers (but you likely won't use them as primary speakers anyways.)Summary My LCD tv ended up with a dead string of vertical pixels. This made a line up and down on the screen. Sharp was not very quick to respond to my problem, but in the end replaced the TV.
