"A Terrific Bargin!"
Pros: Very good looking image and smooth motion for video games and action movies. The colors are brilliant and the images quality is stunning. I couldn't see myself spending double for the Aquos lables on the box.
Cons: None that we can tell.
Summary: We shopped at Best Buy since it was the only store near by with a wide enough selection. I was not too impressed by some of the other higher end tvs and was a bit put off by the magnolia's sales staff. Unless I was willing to drop over 3k they weren't going to be very helpful.
We took it upon ourselves to walk the isles and just look. By standing back and taking in the view we came upon this beauty. It was tucked away ( I mean away) from all the other displays and was blocked by the warehouse doors. After having a good look at it with the demo video, we knew it was the right one and we paid $1800 for it.
Definately take others advice, but in the end its your eyes that will tell you if something is worth while. Please don't spend more than you really have to. You just don't need to.

Hi hope this reply isnt too late. I helped my mother locate the same unit at a much lower price at Circuit City after she was in the parking lot of Best Buy where she had just paid 1699.99. Long story short she went back inside and got a price match (1299.99) and a additional 40.00 off for a total of 1259.99. Just seeing someone pay more for the same thing hurts me to my soul. Please go back and get your money refunded, heck grab a blu ray player with the extra dough !
