Pros: Bought a samsung 46", awesome TV, but when i connect my coaxial cable to the samsung, could NOT detect any HD channels. using a regular antennae works. bought this Sony XBR 9, detect with my coaxial cable plugged in. found tons of HD channels.
Cons: cost was a bit more than the samsung. got the 40" sony xbr 9 which cost about the same as the samsung 46" 650B series but i still prefer Sony over samsung mainly because of the detection of the HD channels
Summary: i'm going to stick with Sony from now on. i also have 32 " xbr6 sony as well. that was able to detect all the HD channels. If you have an HD cable box or reciever then you don't need to worry about it not detecting hd channels.

Pros: What's NOT to like? Hooked up to a Sony S370, Blu-Ray, it's better than the movies.
Cons: If I had to nit-pick, side viewing angles are distorted. In my case, my chair, is 6 feet from the direct view of the set.
Summary: In a word; "It's a Sony".

Pros: BEAUTIFUL PICTURE, VERY EVEN BACK LIGHTING AND BLACKS FOR LCD, VIBRANT ACCURATE COLORS, OODLES OF ADJUSTMENTS, THIN BEZEL/SEXY LOOK, 240 HZ WITH CINEMOTION.
Cons: REMOTE IS RATHER LARGE, SCREEN HAS A SEMI GLOSS LIKE FINISH, LOT OF SIDE PORTS (PERSONALLY I LIKE PORTS ON BACK RATHER THAN SIDE TO HIDE CABLES).
Summary: IF YOU WANT A SERIOUS LCD IT'S BETWEEN THIS AND THE SAMSUNG B750. PERSONALLY, I THINK SONY IS OF HIGHER QUALITY. THIS THING IS SOLID. WHEN YOU PICK IT UP THERE IS NO SQUEAKY PLASTIC OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. RECOMMEND A LOGITECH HARMONY REMOTE IF USING MULTIPLE COMPONENTS THE PICTURE IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL AND ACCURATE ONCE YOU HAVE THE SETTINGS RIGHT.
