Sony Bravia KDL-40Z5100

This is the second Sony LCD 40 inch TV i have bought in the past week. The first set i bought was the Sony KDL40V5100 that came as part of a package deal along with a Sony Blue Ray player model BDPS560. I have got to tell you that this is the first big screen TV i have ever owned and i was very happy with the V5100 but a week after i bought that set the store were i bought it was having a sale on Sony LCD TV"s and they had the KDL40Z5100 on sale for $899.00 and i had paid $879.00 for the V5100 so for only 20 bucks more i was able to return the V5100 and up grade to the Z5100 and it too came with the same Sony Blue Ray player model BDPS560. The Z5100 has many more added futures over what the V5100 has to offer and the picture and color seems to be sharper and clearer than the V5100 and for only an extra 20 dollars i figured i cant go wrong. This set was just as easy to set up and program as the first set all you need to do is follow along with the quick set up sheet that comes with the set and you will have your set up and running in under an hour. Now my set up may have taken me a little longer than yours will due to the fact that i also had to set up my Bose home surround sound system. The set up of the Blue Ray player to the TV was a snap, Sony uses a wireless system so all you do is turn on each item and they wireless link up with each other so it cant get any easier than that. All in all i think Sony makes a quality product but the best thing you can do is go and look at each TV set your thinking about buying because reviews from other people who have bought the same set are helpful but what looks good to my eyes may not look good to yours so you need to view each set in person and make up your own mind.
