Pros Above average picture and excellent features
Cons Glossy screen and a bit expensive.
Summary I still own SXRD60 which I think is a great TV. I was looking for another one for my living room and I was following Samsung and Panasonic plasma/led. I went to local store and sales rep showed me this one. I was looking for 120hz for under $2000 and this one was for $2500. As soon as I saw it I fell in love with it. I compared it with Samsung 8000 series and it looked slightly better in whites but little bit down in blacks. The thing I liked about it is it has all the bells and whistles of $5500 TV Sony/Samsung used to make.
The glossy glare was still bothering for couple of days. I took an aggressive step and brought Samsung 8000 home to compare which is 400$ expensive than this. Seriously I compared them side by side for one day and I found the picture quality is ditto and Sony has better features and look. I had very good experience deal with Sony customer service in the past which was another reason I went with Sony. I returned Samsung and still loving Sony. I know 3d TV is coming and I can't see myself watching TV wearing glasses and I have big family to buy those many glasses. For 3d TV, we are still going to compare the picture quality and other features. So I found this TV close to my requirements and I am going to keep it and its LED to help me save some energy.
Good Job Sony.

Pros Design Quality Picture
Cons Expensive for now
Summary Better than Samsung belive me, I dont care about reviews I tested it my self
Pros The connectivity is very good and the contrast ratio is also pretty good. Great for watching movie and playing video games. I also recommend you to check out http://www.squidoo.com/best-hdtv for information on what best HDTV to get this year.
Cons The black is not as dark as what I expected. The screen reflect some lights.
Summary Overall htis is an excellent choice of LCD HDTV. I recommend both Sony or Samsung if you are looking to buy a new HDTV.
Pros design is sleek - attractive styling
Cons The picture quality is TERRIBLE! Color precision and clarity/quality are almost non-existant.
Summary I will most likely return this television for one with a quality picture. This was not a good purchase.
Pros Internet connectivity
Cons Irreparable two months out of warranty.
Summary I purchased two Sony Bravia televisions, a 32" and a 52", online from Sonystyle.com which arrived in December, 2010. The 32" stopped working after about 6 months and was replaced with a rebuilt one under warranty. The $1600 52" Bravia stopped working two months after the warranty ended. I took it to the Sony repair center across town and for $25 was told the part needed to repair it would be $2500. I called Sony and was told the repair was my problem as it was out of warranty. Two for two of the Sony televisions recently purchased from sonystyle were junk and were my last Sony purchases.
