"Just look at the picture side by side"
Pros: picture picture picture. Also the operating system is understandable by mere humans unlike most TV manufacturers. Speakers are decent enough to not force you to run out and buy some home theater system immediately
Cons: I wish it had more HDMI ports
Summary: I don't understand what all the fuss is about 240Hz, who cares? Are you buying Hz or are you buying a TV. Do you expect Sony to sell the cheapest TV? Are you upset that Sony charges a marketing premium? Don't listen to the hype, or the anti-hype. Go to the store and compare the picture on the Sony with the other brands, if you think it is better and worth it buy it. If it isn't don't. It really is that simple
