"CNET's review seems incomplete" on by larrfry
Pros: Wish I knew
Cons: Wish I knew
Summary: I've come to rely on CNET reviews but this particular one seemed very incomplete. I kept looking for a second page yet there wasn't one. In the past CNET reviews have been very detailed but that is not the case here.
For example: There was NO mention of luminance levels, no mention of secondary color accuracy, and only a limited discussion of viewing angles - a long standing problem with LCDs.
Finally there is no real summation where the reviewer gives us his overall conclusion of where this HDTV stands vis-a-vis the other HDTVs he used for comparison.
Far too much space is devoted to describing meaningless internet features and far too little time spent discussing the set's picture quality.
This is the most incomplete review I've ever seen CNET publish

It almost seems the reviewer did no in depth testing. That or he was scared to pan Sony and lose advertising $$$. I saw the TV for the firstime today, and at the Sony store, it was awesome with the clarity of movement. But I didn't have a Samsung bedise it to compare it to. That's why I come to these forums look at them side by side and pick one.

Very poor review as stated by others. I need picture quality vs others at this price point, especially for sports. Has motion blurring been solved ?
