on by altemarprPros The picture on this Sony is Impecable. Presence sensor works great, specially when I fall asleep while laying in bed.
Cons Speakers sort of vibrate when volume is medium high. I use my surround sound system most of the time, therefore not an issue for me.
Summary I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this TV. I am usually attracted to the Samsung TV's and love their slim models. After a lot of consideration, I decided to pursue the Kdl-W5100 and waited for a good deal. While waiting I found an incredible deal for the VE5, I could not resist. I expected a just ok TV considering the CNET review, but when I turned this TV on for the first time out of the box, I was shocked with awe. Planet Earth never looked so good on Blue Ray. I can?t stop watching this TV. When I visit family and friends, I expect to see the same quality picture, but to my disappointment at that time, my TV picture is way superior.
