Pros: I honestly love the picture, when it works. Since day 1 my picture has been all messed up. I called Sony and they are replacing the BU Board. I've heard alot of Sony's had this problem. The style is amazing and hd picture is unbelievable.
Cons: I am more upset with Sony than anything. Their customer support is horrible. I bought this TV as a special consideration program directly from Sony and they refuse to replace it. This TV wasnt even 2 hours old when issues began. Its been 2 weeks!
Summary: Great tv, just make sure it works before the deliveryman leaves your house or make sure you have the warranty. Sony's support is horrible. I have alot of Sony products and really love them but they are really being a pain on this. All I want is for them to replace the brand new tv but they are making me wait for a back ordered part. It has been 2 weeks and still no TV!
Ok so Sony tech came out 3 weeks from the date I recd tv which didn?t work from day 1. They replaced the BU BOARD and within 2 minutes of replacing it the screen still is messed up. Now they said it might actually be the LCD screen. I called SONY again and they still don?t want to replace this tv!!! Sony sent me a broken TV and they don?t want to accept that they should replace it for me. I asked for my money back and they can?t do that. Just beware, love the picture of this TV but Sony customer service is absolutely awful!! 100% completely dissatisfied with SONY.

Updated on Dec 2, 2008Ok so the day before thanksgiving i emailed the CEO of Sony Electronics and I was shocked to receive a call back from a senior level executive and they are replacing my tv. I am so glad and I hope this new tv comes in soon and has no issues. Today is 1 month from when my first one was delivered, broken!
Updated on Dec 9, 2008So my TV was shipped out and should be in on Thursday. I had DIRECTV out for another reason but showed him the TV and he definitely said that it was shipped on its side and in the cold. He said that they have to ship them upright and in warmer temperature as that can affect the TV. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about but I'm not sure. -

Pros: Every qaulity I expect from Sony
Cons: So far nothing
Summary: I was thinking about getting the XBR model. However after comparing this model with the XBR in store, there is no difference between them. So why spend $700 more for nothing? I am sure this one is going to last a long time.

Pros: Picture, overall finish, Easy setup
Cons: None so far
Summary: I love this as soon as i take it out of box. The setup was easy. The remote was not as complicated as i thought it would be. The Cable & antennae function was very flawless. I don't even need a bunny ears to get over the air HD.
Although i am not much of a videophile but the image is wonderful. I love it.
I like the stylish look , like the logo illumination. Price is reasonable and comparable to the other 120Hz category TV. -

Pros: HD quality is amazing, deep blacks and excellent contrast. Easy to use remote, and great input options.
Cons: None that I have found.
Summary: We bought the 46W4100 a few weeks ago, it took a few minutes to hook it up, (the hardest part was lifting it out of the box)great input selection made it super easy to connect up our VCR (we have a lot of kids videos on VHS), DVD player, cable box and Wii console. The kids (10 & 5) figured out how to use the easy to use remote and switch between inputs in a heartbeat, and the family is enjoying this beautiful high quality screen. I'm adding a Sony amplifier with built in video upconversion to 1080P so that we can watch even the older videos and DVD in high resolution and take advantage of the Bravia Sync feature to further simplify remote control use.

Pros: The picture and color quality is great. It's like having a movie theatre in my livingroom. The blue ray movies are amazing! Crisp, clear picture. You can see every little detail.
Cons: The menu is a little confusing & difficult to use.
Summary: I would recommend this TV to everyone. Sony products have always been dependable and I have always been happy with their consistant quality. This TV is no exception. I will purchase another Sony TV for another room in the future.
