"You don't get what you buy"
Pros: Nice looking TV
Cons: No widescreen capability. Specs are false
Summary: Bought this TV from Walmart.com. Specifications on their website and on the TV box stated 16:9 widescreen, 1200:1 contrast ratio and 8ms response time. After having trouble with adjusting the images I consulted the manual which stated the specs were 4:3, zoom, and fullscreen. No 16:9 or widescreen capability. All the people appear grossly obese and/or pregnant in the fullscreen mode. The images are fine in 4:3 but I didn't order a 4:3 LCD TV. The manual also had pasted over the 800:1 constrast ratio and changed it to 1000:1. That is still not the 1200:1 that was advertised and also printed on the outside of the box. There was also a pasted over correction for the response time changing it from 15ms to 8ms. So I am assuming I received a TV with specs of 4:3, 800:1, and 15ms instead of the 16:9, 1200:1 and 8ms TV that I ordered. Of course it's going back.
