"Bang for your buck"
4.5 starson by KingingaaaPros: Thin, sleek, good price for what it's worth, good clear picture.
Cons: TV takes a good 5-10 seconds to power up.
Summary: This TV is cheaper than similar slim models with the same dimensions/specs. I think the main reason is that it doesn't have any apps on it. Right now I'm running the thing on bunny ears, enjoying the crappy free channels, so I am not the person to ask about cool stuff you can do with a TV. But I do have an HDMI adapter for my iPad that I plug into the TV and have been enjoying content that way.
Anyway, maybe the apps that come loaded on TVs these days are as awesome as a pack of dogs assembling themselves into a pyramid on a jet ski, and you would have to be a moron to buy a TV without them. I have no idea about that. But I do know that this TV has a quality feel to it, is nice and slim, can be mounted very easily on an arm, has several different modes depending on what type of content you're viewing and can bring daytime TV to life in ways that you could never imagine before.
In conclusion, I am very happy with this purchase. I think it's a great deal compared to other similar models as long as you don't need to have apps on everything you touch. Now maybe my friends will finally come over to watch football at my house.
