Pros: Picture beautiful.
Cons: Very poor sound, menu not so easy. Poor customer service, and satisfaction.
Summary: I purchased this set less then 6 months ago. The sound is garbled, distorted and at times echoed. I tried everything, contacted Toshiba with no satisfaction, and they stated others have had this problem. Stuck with a lemon.

Pros: AWESOME Picture Quality and Sound Quality, VERY VERY GOOD Black Levels and GREAT Color Levels!!! This 55" LCD TV is an OUTSTANDING Buy, Especially for the Price!!!
Cons: NONE AT ALL.....You WILL NOT be Disappointed with this TV.
Summary: The bottom line is that you won't find a better 55" LCD TV than this Toshiba for this price. This TV has BETTER Specs than other LCD TV's of the same size for HALF of the cost of this TV. If you don't buy it, then you will be very disappointed and will have paid too much for your other TV.

Pros: great picture for sports

Summary: Bought tv in Dec.09 awesume picture,had garbled sound once in a while when connected by hdmi. In August called toshiba,they gave number for service,called took 5 weeks for new sound board to get here,serviceman came to house fixed in 1 hour.I watch a lot sports this TV is has the best picture.

Pros: design and light weight. the price is great for a 55 inch. There are no real issue for me. I'm a novice, so this definitely does the job for me.
Cons: none that I can think of because I am no expert.
Summary: 55 inch TV for that price and it is stylish as well, how do you not a least give it a look.
