"Looks sharp and affordable" on by danzo85
Pros: Black gloss finish, affordable, good audio output
Cons: Low contrast ratio, only 1 HDMI input
Summary: I would have to say for the price you can't go wrong... along with the standard 1 year warranty. The black gloss finish tops it off real nice. Picture quality is descent. Perfect for a bedroom setup.
Personally, I got it mainly for my XBOX360, hooked up with my Logitech z4 speakers. The HD quality isn't superb as I've tried the Sony XBR4 LCD TV's [10,000:1 contrast ratio (x10 of N2635w)] but considering it's 1/4 of the price, I would say it's 'good enough' and most definately worth looking into. -
"Terrible cheap Tv not really good as an monitor either" on by traions
Pros: Cheap, but here you get a little less than what you pay for
Cons: Poor blacks, no way to change aspect ratio, very narrow and poor viewing angles.
Summary: Imagine watching a sports game...I.E. World Cup when you can't see the stats or such things as time remaining/score etc. Oh yea heads and feet a bit cut off! Or how about news programs with no ticker or banners?

"very nice picture, limited hookups, angle sets picture." on by kerryjonjon
Pros: very clear and crisp picture, reasonable price ($299.00) after rebate. has surround, hall, concert etc settings making for some nice sound.
Cons: Backlight adjustment is greyed out, no tilt adjustment on stand so sitting the picture is darker and the more you get above straight on view the brighter it gets. Standing up and looking at it at waist high it looks grainy.
Summary: I got it cause of the price, but would not buy again because of the viewability aspect.

"Does not have aspect ratio options" on by bhaddow
Pros: Good price point, decent picture quality
Cons: Only 16:9 aspect ratio
Summary: Bought this TV as a basic unit for older family members, but it cannot display SD signals in anything but 16:9 - As grandma says, "they look short and fat".
