"Great Picture - In need of some refinements"
Pros: Compact, great picture, and decent price
Cons: Poor and confusing input handeling
Summary: I had purchased the N3250W LCD TV because I needed a set with the speakers on the bottom in order for it to fit in our bedroom cabinet and I wanted to go with a traditional LCD manufacturer.
The N2350W is very light at 45lbs and getting into position was refreshingly easy. However, I was shocked to realize that it only has two basic inputs. The lower input bank can be HDMI, D-Sub or Component. The side input bank can be TV (Antenna), Video/S-Video (shared audio) or Component. This can make it difficult if you plan to use this tv without a A/V receiver and have several electronic components. On the bottom input bank you can attach a HDMI, D-Sub/Component (uses same audio input) at the same time. The side input you can attach, TV, Video/S-Video (uses same audio input), and Component at the same time. You might think this is a ton of inputs, until you realize that using PIP you can only use one input from each input bank. Also, selecting an input can be very confusing since, you can not label the inputs.
I was lucky because my DVD recorder converts any signal into Component. After setting up the TV with HD-Tivo through the HDMI port, it produced amazing clearity and I realized that going with a traditional LCD manufacturer was the right choice. The PQ is amazing!!!
One last note is that for some goofy reason you can only set the sleep timer in TV mode (not HDMI, Component, Video, etc.).
