Pros: Cheap, easy to carry
Cons: Did not work with HDTV, horrible customer service
Summary: Bought this TV a couple weeks ago. Got HDTV through RCN set up and there was no audio on the TV. Had RCN come back out and replace the box and HDMI cable and still did not work. Did some investigating and found that Vizio TV's are known for having an issue where the TV just will not pick up an HD signal. Called Vizio and they tried trouble shooting it with me over the phone. Didn't work. I asked to have someone come out and look at it and they refused saying it was a problem with the box and not the TV. So I hung up and went and returned it. Bought myself an Insignia and set it up in 10 minutes and the so called "faulty cable box" works perfectly with the new TV. The person I spoke with there is badge number 404289. If you get him on the phone, hang up and try someone else. He's useless. Kind of like their products.
