You get what you pay for.Summary: I bought a 37" t.v a year and a half ago. I paid 600.00 for it at Walmart. I have dead pixals running from the bottom of the screen to the middle. Running across the top of the screen it flickers. I called customer support and they told me it was out of warranty. She stated that you can not tell how long a electronic item will last so there is nothing they can do. DONT NOT BUY A TV FROM THIS COMPANY< THEY ARE ONLY 8 YEARS THEIR PRODUCTS ANENT RELIABLE. DON'T WALK AWAY FROM VIZIO RUN!!!!

This review has nothing relevant to do with the product listed. Please refrain to limit your complaints to the 37" model you purchased 18 months ago, and apparently you need to improve your communication skills to receive better customer services.
