The Bottom Line	While certainly not suited to discerning low-light viewing, the inexpensive Vizio L32HDTV is a good bargain for people seeking a solid everyday television.	The decent picture quality and excellent feature set of the VX32L HDTV make good on Vizio's bang-for-the-buck promise.	Solid picture quality propels the Samsung LN32A450 LCD TV to the front of small-screen class.	The extremely inexpensive 32-inch Vizio VP322 introduces a new size category for plasma, but its overall performance is no better, and often worse, than that of similar-size LCDs.	The Vizio SV470XVT represents a viable alternative for LCD TV bargain hunters who want 120Hz processing.
