Summary: This television stopped working within 1 month of owning it. Vizio sent a firmware package to fix the problem but this didn't work. They then sent me a new television and after only 2 months the television broke a second time. During this time Vizio went out of their way to make it difficult for me to come to a sensible resolution. They were completely unapologetic in their rigidness toting the company line. The customer service department gave me the run around for weeks, not following through on promises made and constantly telling me they were sorry but there was simply nothing they could do. I can honestly give this product my whole-hearted disapproval. Consumers should only buy this product only if they are in the market for a ton of hassle and aggravation.The only thing more disappointing than the product was the customr service.
