"It broke after 10 months of"light use""
Pros: Good design good picture for the price when it worked
Cons: My TV DIED Dec 23rd and we still have not had it repaired or replace by Vizio although my husband has made over 25 phone calls to them and they sent a repairman out with the wrong parts who never returned with the correct ones.
Summary: VIzio'a customer service is HORRID!!
Updated on Jan 19, 2009They finally were sending a replacement for our broken TV but instead of delivering to our home they shipped it from LA to San Diego bypassing our home on the way. Now we have to wait several more days for a new TV, It has been almost a month since we first reported the problem to VIzio!!!!!
