  • "Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!"

    Pros: NONE! The poorly trained customer service department destroyed my faith in this company.

    Cons: Internet features don't work. It took a whole customer service department and a live technician to come out to my house to tell me that my router (Netgear) is not compatible with Vizio's software...oh Apple's router isn't either. That's real smart vizio..

    Summary: Very Disappointed as my first experience with Vizio.
