"Don't Waste Your Money on a Vizio"
Pros: Nothing about this TV is good.
Cons: This TV freezes constantly. It won't respond to the remote or the side buttons. This happens 2-3 times an hour. .I can't get a real person on the phone (four tries) or get a response via email (5 have been sent). I bought the TV in June 2008.
Summary: I want to get my money back, but I can't get anyone to contact me about the problem. I have contacted the Oregon State Attorney to see if they can help me. Lousy TV, even worse customer service.

We are having the same problem...purchased the TV at end of December from Costco. We have service call in process and will wait to see, but very disappointed so far.
