"The worst customer service I've ever experienced"
Pros: Sharp image quality, clear picture
Cons: Image died after a year and a half, horrible customer service (given the runaround with no satisfactory results)
Summary: After a year and a half, my screen went blank with green vertical lines. Once I tried calling the 800 phone number in the manual to get some service, I had to deal with 7 different people over the phone (all located in India). I became frustrated and asked for a contact number located in the U.S. Once I was transferred, the first question I asked was "where are you located?". Response: Phillipines. I was willing to accept that, however, I still did not receive the type of service I expected. Basically, I paid over $700 for a 17" TV and I had to pay another $549 to get it replaced because my warrranty expired after only a year.
