The Bottom Line	We'd choose the high-res Westinghouse LVM-37W1 LCD for displaying HDTV or computer signals in a bright room, but less expensive plasmas still win for home theater.	A low price, attractive looks, and good connectivity aren't enough to offset the Westinghouse LTV-32W3's image-quality shortcomings.	While the price of this 30-inch LCD TV is enticing, its performance just doesn't measure up.
