The Bottom Line	CNET previews the Westinghouse LVM-42w2, a 42-inch 1080p flat-panel LCD HDTV.	We'd choose the high-res Westinghouse LVM-37W1 LCD for displaying HDTV or computer signals in a bright room, but less expensive plasmas still win for home theater.	Despite its lighter black levels, the Westinghouse TX-47F430S 1080p LCD wide-screen television produces an otherwise solid picture for a very good price.	The Westinghouse W4207 might not include a tuner, but for cable and satellite users who want high-def for less, it's a tremendous bargain.	The Vizio VO32L's mostly solid image quality and fully packed connectivity package make it a top choice among small-screen LCDs.
