The Bottom Line A low price, attractive looks, and good connectivity aren't enough to offset the Westinghouse LTV-32W3's image-quality shortcomings. The inexpensive Westinghouse SK-H640G series is simpler to use and slightly more efficient than the competition, but comes up short in features and picture quality. CNET did not review the Westinghouse TX-42F430S, but we did review a larger model in the series.
