"I've had better"
1.0 starson by SAJBrunerPros: small size, convenient design, intuitive interface
Cons: weak signal, interference galore, have to position it just right, sound quality could be better, leeches off of the iPod's battery
Summary: If you have nothing better to go with, this will do the job, but I don't recommend it. I've definitely had better transmitters in the past. Sound quality is not up to par, interference happens often. A plus and minus is that it leeches off of the iPod's battery to work itself. While it does make for a less bulky design, this reduces battery life significantly and definitely won't last for more than a few hours. It has no other means of charging other than a USB to mini USB cable which it can charge the iPod through. The signal is so weak that you acutaully need to position the thing just right to get a decent signal. This can be cumbersome if you have a small and/or messy car. Interference would be so bad I would often find myself passing another motorist on the highway and picking up his or her FM transmitter instead of mine - unacceptable - especially if you have kids in the car and don't want to risk vulgar lyrics. Do yourself a favor and go with something else.
