"Acceptable for its price"
Pros
It's offered at an affordable price (I bought mine on ebay for $10, and have found it elsewhere for around $15). Its straightforward when it comes to the most common button/levers such as breaks and power (gas). Its relatively comfortable.
Cons
Some of its buttons are uncomfortable (where they are placed) and have poor finger response. And unless you can find out how to change what each button does, some of the extra buttons purposes' are still unknown, and don't make much sense.
Summary

Overall, this is a good choice for a beginner user. I used the joystick for Microsoft's Flight Simulator X/Acceleration and it has worked well for me. Now that I have gained some experience I would like to find something else with a separate throttle. That being said, if your a new joystick user or want something for a low cost with a robust performance, than this joystick is great. Nevertheless, if your looking for something a bit more advanced/specialized, this might not be what your looking for.
