"Buttons stick!"
Pros: NoneThe buttons stick, not wireless, cord too short, fan is hard to control -- no PS3 button to shut system off, bad documentation
Cons: The buttons stick, not wireless, cord too short, fan is loud, hard to control -- no PS3 button to shut system off (from what I can tell).

the buttons stick, not wireless, cord too short, fan is hard to control and noisy -- no PS3 button to shut system off, bad documentation, support closed at 6:00 pm -- I have a day job, I use this product at night. I really don't know if it's just the controller is bad -- I bought it brand new, today, instead of Sony controller because they were out of stock of the Sony controller (What's up with that?!?). I will be taking it back tomorrow. I have several other logitech products (Harmony remote) which I very much adore -- what happened with this one?!?! I *really* hope it is just an isolated defective item, but I won't be trying another one.

You are absolutely correct with all of your comments! I got two of these controllers with my PS3 over the holidays, and I have been back to the store twice to replace them (yes, I'm saying I've now tried 6 of these controllers from 3 different stores and they are all bad!!!). The left-thumb directional pad seems to get stuck, and sometimes even behaves as if I'd touched it when I hadn't. Some of the controllers worked ok for a few hours, but eventually they all became flaky. I'd get the Sony wireless controller in a heartbeat, but they were out of stock.
