"Tried two of them and they don't work !"
Pros: A Great Idea & Neat package If you can get it to work !
Cons: Once on the system, The buttons of the Face plate don't operate the system
Summary: I purchased this item with my 16 year old son. We followed the directions and got the face plate on the system with just a little effort. It looked great. Now we tried to turn the system on and the button from the new face plate would not operate the systems regular button behind it. I looked at the tab which makes contact with the systems button and noticed it was shorter then the original face plate tab. We returned and exchanged it thinking the first was defective. Well we had the same problem with the 2nd one. I called customer support and was not able to talk to anyone. There is a recording asking you to leave your name, number and explanation of your problem. Well, I did that...still waiting. If I find it was my installation error, I will return with a 9+ rating for this product.
